별도 저희가 설명을 드리는 것보다는 삼성에서 제공하는 문서를 참고하시는 것이 좋을 것 같은데요.
다행히 이번에 사이트가 개편이 되고 3.0.a 버전에 대한 문서가 오픈되면서 로그인하지 않아도 열람할 수 있네요.

2. HTML이 2~3개인 경우
저희가 테스트해 보았을 때 페이지 링크를 통한 개발의 경우 페이지 이동시 앱이 초기 실행하는 과정이 반복되는 것으로 파악됩니다.
따라서 그만큼 페이지 이동 시간이 오래 걸리기 때문에 내부적으로는 하나의 index.html에서 div로 영역을 나누어 마치 페이지를 이동하는 것처럼 show/hide하는 형태로 개발하고 있습니다.
참고가 될지 모르겠네요.
3. 해상도는??
우선 2010년도의 경우 960x540 해상도만을 지원하고 2011년향 이상부터는 1280x720을 옵션으로 지원하고 있습니다.
따라서 960x540으로 개발하여도 11년도에서 실행하는데에는 문제가 없습니다.
오히려 1280x720으로 개발하였을 경우 10년도에서 문제가 발생하는 형태입니다.
만약 1280x720으로 개발할 경우, 별도로 config.xml와 widget.info의 몇몇 항목들을 수정해야하고 1280을 기준으로 레이아웃도 잡으셔야 합니다.
